WORK OF RECONSTRUCTION JAPANESE GET CONTRACT TOKIO, Nov. 18. (Received Nov. 19. at 0.15 a.m.) The newspaper Ashai reports that the Siamese Government selected Japanese officials to plan the reconstruction of Bangkok Harbour from among entries from 22 countries.
