TRIBUTES TO MR MACDONALD (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, Nov. 17. In the House of Lords a debate on the international situation was raised by Lord Allen of Hurtwood. Tributes were paid to the late Mr Ramsay MacDonald. Lord Plymouth joined in the tributes, remarking that Mjr MacDonald took a keen interest in and had a profound knowledge of foreign affairs, and it was perhaps in that sphere that he had his greatest political successes.
