APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR FORMERLY A CHARWOMAN MOSCOW, Nov. 16. First engaged at the age of 14, a charwoman at a Soviet cosmetic factoi'y, Tatiana Morozova, took up study at night classes and became a director. Now, at the age of 30, she has been appointed directorgeneral of the Soviet’s Cosmetics Trust in succession to M. Molotov’s wife.
