BALKAN PACT ADHERENTS
MAINTENANCE OF PEACE AN AGREEMENT PREPARED ISTANBUL, Nov. 16. The chiefs of the general staffs of Turkey, Greece, Rumania and Jugoslavia, adherents to the Balkan Pact, have prepared an agreement uniting the military, naval and air forces. The agreement is intended for the maintenance of peace, and joint equilibrium in war time.
