PROPOSED FLYING BOAT FLIGHT CONDITIONAL ARRANGEMENT LONDON, Nov. 15. While the Air Ministry admits that the Centaurus flight has been agreed to in principle it is understood that Imperial Airways contemplates making the flight only if linked in cooperation with the company operating the England-New Zealand, America-New Zealand contracts. A previous message stated: The Centaurus has been selected for a test flight to New Zealand, so that Australia and New Zealand will see a modern flying boat. She will be fitted with extra tanks.
