SIXTEENTH BIRTHDAY GIFT FROM DUKE OF* KENT BUCHAREST, Oct. 25. A Rolls-Royce car from the Duke of Kent was among the presents to Prince Michael on his sixteenth birthday, and upon which he took his oath as an officer of the Rumanian army.
