Tuesday, October 26 (Before Mr J. R. Bartholomew, S.M.) UNDEFENDED CASES Judgment by default was given for the plaintiffs in the following cases:— John Edmond, Ltd., v. E. Maguire, claim £1 19s 2d for goods supplied, with costs (8s); Wholesale Radio Dealers, Ltd., v. Margaret Maclean (Wingatui), claim £7 17s for balance owing under hire purchase agreement, with costs (£1 12s 6d); Moore, Dawson, and Aitken v. Carol Francis James Smith, claim £1 16s 2d for balance of money lent, with costs (15s sd).
