PERSONAL
Professor F. G. Soper left for Wellington and Auckland yesterday to attend a conference of the Wool Manufacturers’ Research Association. Mr Bunshirow Suzuki, the Japanese journalist who is at present touring New Zealand, arrived in Dunedin yesterday afternoon by car and will leave again this morning for the north. Mr J. L. Johnson (president of the Otago-Southland District Pig Council) and Mr N. Macdonald (supervisor) left by the express yesterday morning to attend a conference of the National Council at Hamilton.
