UNION OFFICERS ELECTED DOMINION AWARD NEXT YEAR (Pee United Press Association) WELLINGTON, Oct. 23. The Dominion conference of the Clerical Workers’ Unions was concluded to-day. It was decided to make application to the Registrar of Industrial Unions for registration of a new Dominion organisation, to be known as the New Zealand Federated Clerical and Office Staff Industrial Association of Workers. Provisional officers were elected as follows:—President, Mr A. S. Herring (Auckland); vice-president, Mr H. Herbert (Otago); secretary, Mr W. N. Pharazyn (Wellington). It is anticipated that a Dominion award will be applied for next year.
