PORT OF LONDON
FAREWELL TO REPRESENTATIVE WORK IN AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND LONDON, Oct. 23. (Received Oct. 24, at 6.30 p.m.) Mr T. R. Toovey, who is leaving for New Zealand and Australia shortly to represent the Port of London Authority, was given a farewell at a luncheon, at which the Rev. T. B. Clayton said that Mr Toovey would be an enormous power for good in Australia and New Zealand. On behalf of Toe H, Lord Bledisloe said that Mr Toovey would be warmly welcomed.
