DANCE AT TOWN HALL
FAMOUS BAND TO APPEAR The name of Theo Walters and his Personality Band is already very well known in Dunedin, and it is possible that after to-night it will be more widely known. At exceptionally heavy cost the management of the Town Hall dance has secured the services of this famous band for its big carnival dance to-night, and patrons may confidently expect to be provided with the very best of music. As this will be the only appearance of this band at a dance in the South Island, patrons are assured of something new, for in Australia Theo Walters and his band are regarded as one of the finest combinations ever heard in a dance hall Mr Jack McCaw and his music will be in attendance as usual, and the preparations being made by the management indicate that to-night will be one of the gayest and brightest evenings that Dunedin dancers have experienced for a long time. A slight increase will be made in the price of admission, but the gallery will be open to spectators at the usual charge.
