FIRST EVENING MEETING HANDICAPS DECLARED The new amateur athletic season will be opened with a handicap meeting at the Caledonian Grounds to-morrow evening. A number of athletes are now in regular training, and, with the added incentive of the Empire Games in Sydney in February, the season promises to be a very successful one. Mr B. R.
