ELECTION OF OFFICERS (Per United Press Association) WELLINGTON, Oct. 22. The annual conference of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand was concluded to-day The election of officers resulted as follows : _President, Mr O. F. Baker (Christchurch); vice-presidents, Messrs G. B. Osmond (Auckland) and G. S. Boyes (Hamilton); treasurer, Mr W. J. A. Thomson (Auckland).
