THE SPANISH PROBLEM
A POSSIBLE SOLUTION RESTORATION OF KING ALFONSO LONDON, Oct. 17, The News Chronicle’s Paris correspondent says that, according to information from a reliable Spanish source, France is planning to restore King Alfonso to the throne. The same source reports that this would be regarded by Britain as a desirable solution of the Spanish problem.
