MANUFACTURERS RESTLESS FEDERATION ISSUES STATEMENT (Per United Press Association) WELLINGTON, Oct. 18. “The federation - notes that the Prime Minister (Mr M. J. Savage) is not yet in a position to make the statement promised of the procedure to be followed in safeguarding New Zealand industries,” says a statement issued today by the New Zealand Manufacturers’ Federation.
