FREEDOM OF AIX-LES-BAINS A HOLIDAY IN SWITZERLAND (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, Sept. 15. (Received Sept. 16, at 5.5 p.m.) Earl Baldwin, before leaving Aix-les-Bains to continue his holiday in Switzerland, was presented with the freedom of that city. Arrangements are now complete for a ceremony on November 5, when Earl Baldwin will be presented with an address by the City of London. An illuminated copy of the address, enclosed in a gold casket, will be formally handed to Earl Baldwin.
