DISALLOWED BY OTTAWA AUTHORITY CHALLENGED EDMONTON, Aug. 20. (Received Aug. 22, at 5.5 p.m.) The authority of the Government to disallow the Alberta legislation was challenged in a telegram from Mr Aberhart to Mr Mackenzie King as a deliberate violation of property and civil rights. There is political activity all over the province in the belief that an election will immediately follow the specially ca,lled session of the Legislature. The demand is growing for a non-social credit united front under Mr John M'Farland, a former chairman of the Wheat Board. DEBT MORATORIUM EDMONTON, Aug. 21. (Received Aug. 22, at 10 p.m.) Mr Aberhart announced that the debt moratorium was ready for the Legislature.
