NOMADIC TRIBESMEN
ROUNDED UP ON FRONTIER WHOLESALE KIDNAPPING LONDON, Aug. 21. (Received Aug. 22, at 8 p.m.) The Delhi correspondent of The Times, from Rawalpindi, reports that frontier police rounded up 100 members of a nomadic tribe who are alleged to be responsible for the wholesale kidnapping of children. It is reported that the police found 60 children at the nomads' encampment, and the bodies of several others. The nomads are strongly suspected of cannibalism.
