EXPORT OF SHEEP
SOUTH AFRICAN EXPERIMENT OVER-STOCKING THE CAUSE JOHANNESBURG, June 21. The Meat Control Board decided as an experiment to export 36,000 sheep for the London market at the rate of 3000 a week. The exportation is to begin as soon as shipping space is available. The main reason for this action is overstocking.
