INCREASED BIRTH RATE MUSSOLINI LOOKS TO THE FUTURE (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph— Coovrighn ROME, June 20. Signor Mussolini addressed 60,000 women in. Venice square, inaugurating the children's national summer camp. Signor Mussolini urged the women to bear more children. He hoped the future days would be peaceful, but the future generation must be prepared to defend the Empire.
