CLIMBERS KILLED

OVERWHELMED BY AVALANCHE GERMAN EXPEDITION IN HIMALAYAS (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) SIMLA, June 20. An avalanche overwhelmed the German expedition to Nanga Parbat, killing seven climbers and nine Gurkha porters, but the leader, Herr Wein, escaped.
