THE AUSTRALIAN TEAM MIDLAND DISTRICTS BEATEN LONDON, June 8. Midland Districts in their first innings against the Australian women's cricket team scored 121 (Holmes three for 17, Antonio three for 21) They followed on and made 191 (Pollard 52, Smith five for 54, Antonio three for 52). Australia in its second innings lost one wicket for 75 (Antonio not out 30, Pritchard not out 43). Australia won by nine wickets.
