Thomas—Moodie A quiet wedding was solemnised on May 24 at St. David's Church, Auckland, by the Rev. W. Bower-Black, the contracting parties being Eleanor Sherman (Nell), only daughter of Mr and Mrs J. Moodie. of Palmerston, and Howard John, third son of Mr and the late Mrs J. Thomas, of Starbuck House. Mil Cord Haven. Miller—M'Cullocli In Knox Presbyterian Church. Dannevirke, on June 2, Jean Anne, only daughter of Mr and Mrs John M'Culloch. of "To Whiti," Norsewood, Hawke's Bav, and niece of Mrs and the late Mr James M'Culloch, of Invercargill, and late of Tuatapere. Southland, was married to David Lennox Carmichael. third son of Mr and Mrs J. Miller, of To Rehunga. Dannevirke. The Rev. Mr Starnes was the officiating minister. The "Wedding March" was plavcd by Miss Thorburn.
