CALENDAR REFORM
THE DESBOROUGH PLAN LEAGUE SETS UP COMMISSION GENEVA, May 28. The League Council has authorised a commission to inquire into the Desborough plan for calendar reform. It provides for a perpetual year, to commence on a Sunday and finish on a Saturday, the first month in each quarter consisting of 31 days and the others 30 days.
