It makes no reference to Germany, but claims to show the existence in Spain of complete units of the Italian Army, that these acted as an army of occupation, and that distinguished Italians directed the proceedings, all of which is tantamount to Italian invasion of Spain. .', GOVERNMENT PLANES A GERMAN ALLEGATION BERLIN, May 27. The newspapers allege that Spanish Government planes dropped four bombs near the German destroyer Albatross during an attack on Palma. They add that no Spanish warships were in harbour, and accordingly they clearly singled out the German warship. DEFENCE OF BILBAO BILBAO, May 27.
