QUEEN MARY CONGRATULATED PRIME MINISTERS RECEIVED . LONDON, May 26. Queen Mary received the dominion Prime Ministers, who conveyed the dominions' birthday wishes. A LUNCHEON PARTY (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, May 26. Flags were flying at mastheads over Government offices and public buildings to-day in celebration of the seventieth birthday anniversary of Queen Mary, who gave a luncheon party at Marlborough House to members of the Royal Family, including the King and Queen. GUEST AT STATE BALL (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, May 26. (Received May 27, at 5.5 p.m.) The King, in full dress uniform of the Cameron Highlanders, and the Queen in a gown of gold brocade, were host and hostess at Buckingham Palace, where more than 2000 guests attended the second State ball of their reign. Their Majesties entered the ball room at 10 p.m. Thirtyone members of the Royal Family were present, and 17 foreign royalties.
