QUEEN MARY CONGRATULATED PRIME MINISTERS RECEIVED . LONDON, May 26. Queen Mary received the dominion Prime Ministers, who conveyed the dominions' birthday wishes. Flags were flying at mastheads over Government offices and public buildings to-day in celebration of the seventieth birthday anniversary of Queen Mary, who gave a luncheon party at Marlborough House to members of the Royal Family, including the King and Queen.
