CAMPAIGN FOR RECRUITS FREE HOARDING SPACE (British Official Wireless) (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyrißhl) RUGBY, Feb. 16. (Received Feb. 17. at 5.5 p.m.) Free hoarding space worth £20,000 has been placed at the disposal of the authorities by the British Poster Advertising Association in London and 38 counties in England and Wales in connection with the campaign for recruits for the Territorial Army.
