ELECTIONS IN INDIA
ANALYSIS OF THE RESULTS BOMBAY, Feb. 17. (Received Feb. 18, at 1.50 a.m.) An analysis of the results of the general election to date shows that the Congress secured 371 seats and the Constitutionalists 642, with 70 seats not yet declared, out of a total of 1083. There are still a few elected waverers who may declare for the Congress.
