L. J. ELLIS IN HOSPITAL (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) MELBOURNE, Feb. 17. (Received Feb. 17, at 10 p.m.) Lynch Law has been relieved of all autumn engagements and turned out lor a spell at Mentone in order to get the benefit of the salt water. The New Zealand jockey L. J. Ellis is a patient in a private hospital. As the result of a fall and head injuries, the sight of one eye has failed. Thus Cuddle so far has no rider for the Futurity Stakes.
