THE KING OF SWEDEN
A VISIT TO PARIS BRUSSELS, Feb. 4. The King of Sweden has gone to Paris. It is stated that Sweden and Belgium will remain faithful to the Oslo Convention, which provides for freer trade between Scandinavia, Belgium and Holland. ROYALTIES AND MARRIAGE STOCKHOLM, Feb. 4. Parliament passed an amendment to the Swedish Constitution enabling male royalties to marry foreign commoners without forfeiting their right to succeed to the throne. They are, however, still prohibited from marrying their own countrywomen of lower rank than themselves.
