CRASH INTO WHARF

- MARAMA CAUSES DAMAGE WATERFRONT ACTIVITIES DISLOCATED (Peb United press association > WELLINGTON, Feb. 5. Work at the waterfront was dislocated lor over an hour this mornins when the Marama crashed five feet into the breastwork between the Glasgow and Railway wharves at 8.30, smashing the main conveyer of the pipes carrying power to the cranes and disabling the cranes all over the nnrt. They were working again by 10 o'clock. The wharf was struck between the piles and damaged, but the Marama shows no sign of being any the worse fo* the mishap. .
