YOUNG MAN ELECTROCUTED CHANGING POSITION OF LIGHT POINT (Per United Press Association) WHAKATANE, Feb. 4. While changing the position of a light point in a milking shed on his father’s farm at Opouriao last night Archibald Peter John Murray, aged 23 years, was electrocuted The body was later discovered by a brother, who found the lights still burning and the junction of two pieces of conduit unscrewed in the deceased’s hands. The victim of the serious motor accident in the main street yesterday, when a motor car became out of control in avoiding a boy on a cycle, is William Sykes, an elderly man, formerly of Eketahuna. He has been a resident of Palmerston North for the past six months. His condition is still serious.
