UNDEFENDED CASES Judgment by default was given for the plaintiffs in the following cases:— New Zealand Camera Company v. George Law (Christchurch), claim £ll 16s 6d, for goods supplied, with costs (£2 0s 6d); Reliable Loan and Investment Corporation, Ltd., v. Oswald Austral Clarke, claim £ 15 19s, the amount of promissory notes due, with costs (£3 6s); Drapery and General Importing Company of New Zealand v. J. M. Fisher, claim £6 8s 2d. for goods supplied, with costs (£1 18s 6d); Elizabeth Telfer v. E. Ferguson, claim £7 17s 6d, for rent due, with costs (£1 15s 6d; possession of the tenement on or before February 18 was also allowed in this case); Brace, Windle, Blyth and Co., Ltd., v. Norman Horace Fuller (Wellington), claim £1 10s sd, for goods supplied, with costs (9s).
