' OVERUSING pays Its way, often many times over. It will permit lower prices through increased volume. It can reduce selling costs. It can lessen the time in which a product moves from factory to consumer.

An unusual course was adopted at the annual meeting of the ElthamTakou Dog Trial Club recently, when, after a discussion, it was decided not to appoint any vice-presidents of the club on the grounds that such a position was often an empty honour bestowed simply for the purpose of obtaining a donation from half-hearted supporters. It was decided instead that three life members should be elected for service to the club. Those elected life members were Messrs H. R. Scott, M. M. Scott, and W. H. Sproull.
