The weather yesterday was fine but dull, and though the temperature rose to a maximum of 75 degrees, it was much cooler in the latter part of the day. There was a fresh breeze from the south-east. The weather to-day was sunny and warm, with a fresh south-west breeze in the morning and a moderate northeast wind in the afternoon. The maximum temperature was 73.5 degrees. The barometer, after rising, is now steady at 30.16 inches.
