He said that further action on behalf of Mrs Freer would be originated in New Zealand on Friday. He added that the information on which Mr Paterson acted came, not from any official source, but from a man who once believed himself to be in favour with Mrs Freer, and who threatened he would have her prohibited from entering Australia.
