TRANSFER OF PROPERTY
THE LATEST GERMAN LAW BERLIN, Dec. 1. (Received Dec. 2, at 9 p.m.) The Cabinet adopted a law by which a German citizen who inten tionally transfers property abroad ox allows it to remain abroad against German law may incur the death sentence and confiscation of the property.
