AN ALL-NIGHT SESSION ROME, Nov. 19. The Fascist Council, after an allnight meeting, issued a communique that it was essential to accelerate military preparedness, especially aerial and naval, in view of the international situation. Italy will continue further economic self-suffi-ciency especially defence production. A committee has been appointed to submit recommendations to the new Chamber of Deputies, which is interpreted to mean that the Chamber will be speedily replaced by a body reflecting the country’s economic organisation.
