DANGEROUS PRACTICE
'CYCLISTS TOWED BY CARS LIABILITY OF MOTORISTS (Per United Press Association) WELLINGTON, Oct. 6: Complaints from motorists against cyclists being towed by motor vehicles were considered by the Automobile Association (Wellington). Reports received indicated that the practice of cyclists of hooking on to the. mudguards of cars with pieces of wire was increasing, and that under the existing regulations the motorist was held responsible even if unaware of the cyclist's presence.
