DEMANDED BY POLAND FACILITIES FOR MIGRATION LONDON, Oct. 5. (Received Oct. 5, at 11.35 p.m.) The Times Warsaw correspondent says: " Poland now demands a place in the sun. Government newspapers strongly emphasise the dynamic increase in population and the lack of raw materials, and indicate Poland's intention to press at Geneva for facilities for oversea migration and access to raw materials."
