STAY-IN STRIKES
FRESH OUTBREAK IN FRANCE WORKERS DISSATISFIED (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON, August 19. (Received August 19, at 10.30 p.m.) The Daily Mail's Paris correspondent says fresh stay-in strikes have occurred in different parts of France, including Belfort, where building workers are demanding a further wage increase, and at Anoheres, where a metal factory has been reoccupied by workers who declare that they are not satisfied with the recent reduction in the hours of work. A Paris restaurant has also been reoccupied.
