PRISONERS SENTENCED
(Per United Press Association 1 WELLINGTON, June 18. The following prisoners were sentenced by Mr Justice Blair in the Supreme Court to-day: Rawiri Maknrika, who pleaded guilty at Palmerston North to robbery with violence at Shannon, three years in prison and ordered to refund £2 13s Od to the man robbed. Norman Kenneth Sligo, obtaining money by false pretences, 12 months in prison. ‘Louis Francis Charlett, unlawful carnal knowledge at Nelson, two years’ reformative detention, concurrent with a similar sentence being served-
