FREEDOM OF THE AIR
Special facilities for private aeroplane owners are to be provided by the German Government for the period during the Olympic Games in Berlin in August. Flyers from any ci untry will be at liberty to land ami leave and fly over German territory with no restriction other than those covered by lan ling papers and insurance. At ordinary times, for airmen from those countries which have no air agreement with Germany, permission to fly over German territory can only be obtained through diplomatic channels. Great Britain is among the countries which have an air agreement.
