CAMPAIGN TO BE OPENED FOSTERING COMMON IDEALS (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON, June 15. The Dukes of Bedford, Buccleuch, Portland, Sutherland and Westminster, and Lords Londonderry, Blcdialoe and Hirst arc associated with an appeal to celebrate the centenary of the birth of Mr Joseph Chamberlain on July S, when a meeting at Albert Hall will inaugurate a memorial fund to enable a sustained campaign in support of Imperial ideals mid increasing the Empire's co-operation in trade, migration, defence and foreign policy, for which they are seeking the cooperation of the leaders of industry and agriculture at Home and overseas, all realising that Imperial strength and unity are essential.
