COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICES WAITAKI COUNTY COUNCIL. BY-LAW RELATING TO DRAINAGE AND PLUMBING. PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that-at a Special Meeting of the Waitaki County Council held for that ptirpowe on Friday, the 24th day of April, 1936, the said Council Passed by way ot Special Resolution a By-law to be known as "The County of Waitaki By-law, No. 16..1936." The object or purport,of the said Bylaw is to regulate the construction or alteration of drains and plumbing work in connection with buildings within the County and to apply to a defined area the provisions of the Drainage and Plumbin" Regulations under the Health Act, 1920. A copy of the Resolution making the proposed By-law. is deposited at the Office of the Waitaki County Council, Thames street, Oamaru, and now is and will be Open to the Inspection of the Public during office horrs for at least 30 (thirty) days immediately preceding the meeting at which the said Resolution in to be Confirmed.
