SALVAGE OPERATIONS
(British Official Wireless) RUGBY. June 9. (Received June 10. at 5.5 p.m.) Pumping operations in the three flooded hold? of the famous barque Hcrzogin Cccilie are still proceeding in an effort to refloat the vessel, which grounded some weeks ago on the rocky coast of South Devon.
