Alonton was the scene recently of a pictnre«flue and interesting pageant representing miraculous legends of the Aliddle Ages, ’the scenes were acted in the precincts of the ancient church of St. Alichel in the old town by members of the dramatic section of the Sorhonpe who have performed similar miracle plays at Chartres and in Paris.
