STEEL DREDGE BUCKETS MADE IN DUNEDIN Six of the 18 cast steel dredge buckets which are being made for the Okarito dredge by the Dunedin Engineering and Steel Company, Ltd. Each bucket weighs s½cwt, has a capacity of 44 cubic feet, and is 32 inches wide, 28 inches high and 30 inches deep. These works are the only establishment in New Zealand capable of the complete task of casting, machining and finishing these buckets.
