The coach will he equipped with modern instruments for the transmission of -telc-n-rams, and be connected with a telegraph office by temporary cables. The same means of temporary cable connection would make it possible to include a telephone service, and there will be two telephones with access in the rear of the coach. In addition, there will also be a stamp-vending machine and a letter box. and the collection of letters and parcels will be made as from an ordinary post office.
