THE LATE SIR FRANCIS BELL (Per United Press Association I WELLINGTON, March 19. The following telegram was received on March 15 by Sir Francis Bell’s son, Mr Cheviot Bell, from his Excellency the Governor-General: —“I have just received the following message from the jTrivate secretary to the King at Buckingham Palace —‘ Please convey to the relatives of Sir Francis Bell an expression of the King’s sincere sympathy.
